Migration to Nuxt UI

The Leyr web portal has been fully migrated from Vuetify to Nuxt UI, bringing a modernized design system with improved components across all pages.

Full Nuxt UI migration — all portal pages and components migrated from Vuetify to Nuxt UI including dashboard, billing, calendar, auth, integrations, and developer pages
Redesigned navigation — updated header navigation bar, drawer, and footer with improved breakpoint behavior
Improved UI components — updated badges, cards, dialogs, tables, forms, and section dividers to use Nuxt UI primitives
Developer tools — improved dev drawer, app pages, and environment switcher
Calendar management — reworked calendar UI with integrated Google Calendar support
