EHR APIs Versioning, Calendar language configuration

We now support EHRs that have multiple API versions, and added a default language selector for Calendar.

EHR API versioning — the API now supports EHRs that have multiple API versions, starting with Muntra and Pridok

EHR API versioning — added support for EHRs that have multiple API versions. When adding such EHR in our developer portal, credential configuration will adapt based on the requirements for the selected API version.
Calendar default language — our Calendar customers can now configure a default language for their Calendars in developer portal
Calendar settings update fix — fixed an issue where saving Calendar settings (allowed Care Units, Practitioners, Services) would reset values back to their defaults
