- **TakeCare measurements** - added support for reading measurements from TakeCare
- **Default integration names** - new EHR integration instances now get a default name automatically
- **Broader appointment queries** - removed the required from/to date limit when a patient ID is specified
- **Calendar emails** - improved the content and reliability of Calendar email notifications
