Getting TakeCare credentials

TakeCare is a system mainly used by the Stockholm Region, so assumption for going live with this integration is you have clinics (or prospective clinics) to launch with.

Before we go live, we need to send an official application to the Stockholm Region to approve the integration and get the necessary credentials. The application is a formal process and can take some time, but we have learned the process well and will guide you through it! Reach out to us at contact@leyr.io to get started.

Once approved, Username and Password are the same credentials used to log in to TakeCare. The Care Unit ID is a unique identifier for the clinic in TakeCare.

Hint: You can use any doctor or user credentials for integration, but we strongly recommend to get an admin account that would have a higher level access to all practitioners in the clinic.

That is because API calls are limited to each user's credentials, and you might get a limited number of healthcare services, practitioners and time slots back. Admin account is more suitable for a "system-to-system" kind of integration.

Check our API specification for implementation details.
