## Setup Type

**Contact Required with Formal Application** - TakeCare is primarily used by the Stockholm Region and requires an official application process for approval and credential provisioning. We handle this formal application process for you.

## Required Credentials

To integrate with TakeCare in production or using your own credentials in Leyr Sandbox, you'll need:

- Username
- Password
- Care Unit ID

## Setup Guide

TakeCare integration requires formal approval from the Stockholm Region. We handle this complex process for you:

**Prerequisites:**

- You must have clinics (or prospective clinics) in the Stockholm Region to launch with

**Application Process:**

1. Contact us at [contact@leyr.io](mailto:contact@leyr.io) to get started
2. We'll submit the official application to the Stockholm Region on your behalf
3. The formal approval process can take some time, but we'll guide you through each step
4. Once approved, you'll receive:

  - **Username** and **Password** - the same credentials used to log in to TakeCare
  - **Care Unit ID** - a unique identifier for the clinic in TakeCare
